This deep East Texas retreat, blessed with its own artisan spring, boasts a striking wood and metal construction infused with Scottish and Nordic elements, all while celebrating the classic charm of East Texas.

CONSTRUCTION
Construction is underway at Vinland Meads Mead Hall, with the land being cleared and readied for our production facility and fermentors. Mead brewing has already begun, and we anticipate completion of the mead hall in 2025, when we'll be ready to welcome visitors for tours and tastings.

Situated just below Hays Manor, our meadery offers a truly unique experience. As you explore the property, you'll likely encounter our majestic Scottish Highland Coos grazing peacefully. Red Tail Hawks soar from the Falconry Chambers, while nearby, our bustling bee apiary hums with the activity of hives brimming with honey, a key ingredient in our handcrafted meads.
