Why It’s Special
🌾 Crafted from Raw Texas Honey
For our summer meads, we use raw, unfiltered honey sourced from Reed Honey Farm in Montgomery, Texas. We’ve personally walked their hives, inspected the apiary, and confirmed that their practices meet our high standards for purity and sustainability. The result is a rich, floral honey that brings depth and authenticity to every bottle of Crimson Dusk.
🍒 Plump, Wild Black Cherries
We blend in full-bodied black cherries, adding depth, color, and tart sweetness. The result is a fruit-meet-honey fusion that’s rich and unforgettable .
🍷 Brochet-Style Fermentation
Like our darker meads, Crimson Dusk benefits from brochet caramelization. By simmering honey before fermentation, we deepen the flavor and retain non-fermentable sugars — creating a smoother, more lingering finish.
