HAYS MANOR
&
Vinland Meads

Just down the road from our family farm, Hays Manor, Vinland Meads is deeply rooted in the land, traditions, and craftsmanship that shape every bottle we produce. Hays Manor is home to our Scottish Highland cattle, falconry program, and working bee apiary where thousands of bees produce the honey that serves as the foundation of our handcrafted meads.

While our tasting room now welcomes guests in downtown Murchison, the spirit of the farm remains at the heart of everything we do. From the honey gathered at the apiary to the heritage and storytelling woven into each mead, Vinland Meads carries the character of East Texas and the traditions of old-world mead making into every glass.
