Texas Mead Fest - 13th Annual at Scarborough
Vinland Meads is headed to the Texas Mead & Music Festival!
Join us at Scarborough Faire for Texas’ premier celebration of craft mead, live music, artisan makers, food, and fall entertainment. Sample handcrafted meads from Vinland Meads and other outstanding Texas meaderies while meeting the meadmakers behind every pour.
The festival will feature:
• 13 Texas meaderies
• Live entertainment across five music stages
• More than 40 artisan vendors
• Seasonal food and beverages
• Mead-making and beekeeping presentations
• A special preview of Scarborough’s Hollow
Adult general admission includes six mead samples, a commemorative tasting cup, general admission parking, and access to the festival. VIP admission includes entry beginning at noon, 12 mead samples, a commemorative tasting cup, a dedicated entrance, and access to select Scarborough’s Hollow attractions.

Deep within the crooked streets of a city where the strange is commonplace, an aging theatre prepares for what may be its final performances.

Join Erin Simmons of Canton Art Co-Op on Sunday, September 27th from 1–3 PM for an afternoon learning the art of calligraphy.
Whether you’ve never touched a calligraphy pen before or you just want to sharpen your lettering skills, Erin will walk you through the basics and help you create a finished project to take home.

This Yule, we’re taking the celebration beyond the walls of the Mead Hall.
The Vinland Meads family will be attending the Yule Viking Festival on Saturday, December 19th, and we invite our friends, customers, and extended Vinland family to join us for one of the most spectacular nights of the festival: the Burning of the Long Ship at sunset.

The Yule Viking Festival is hosted by Uppsala Events and runs on select weekends throughout December, bringing together Viking culture, merchants, food, entertainment, demonstrations, community, and Yule traditions.
On December 19th, the festival culminates in a special evening celebration with the Burning of the Long Ship at sunset, with festivities continuing into the evening.

Its fields remain green while neighboring farms wither. Its livestock thrive while drought and blight stalk the countryside. Travelers whisper of roads that change in the fog, missing drifters, and scarecrows that appear where none stood before.
When a family offers a reward for answers surrounding a loved one's disappearance, a handful of strangers are drawn into a mystery buried beneath the roots of the mountains.
This Weird West horror one-shot is inspired by Appalachian folklore, frontier superstition, and Gothic mystery.
